Hey is the 88 on the main plane a shout-out, tip of the hat, wink, homage to Area 88?
Simple and elegant. A simple triangle composition but so well executed. Your eyes follow the big plane and to the diving plane and to the parachute and back up again in an endless spiral.
I love the field of depth.
The smallness of the parachute wearing man and the enormous size and weight of the larger plane adds to the helplessness of the jumper and the threat the planes impose.
In other words...Sweet!
